Addressing Prenatal Alcohol and Other Drug Exposure in Tribal Child Welfare: an Environmental Scan

چکیده

Abstract Tribal communities face critical challenges in identifying and addressing substance use by pregnant women. These are often exacerbated limited resources for services research on effective interventions. To address these challenges, tribal developing innovative culturally resonant approaches to prenatal alcohol exposure (PAE) (PSE). This article describes an environmental scan that was completed understand support the important work of communities. It concludes with a discussion implications practitioners, specifically those child welfare as well policymakers funders allied service provision systems, provides potential directions future research.
